Online shopping,Spice Online Retail , Micromax Duplicate Product received

Hi, I have purchased New Mobile Micromax A110 (Order ID: 268189) on 2nd November 2012 from Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd. online. Now I found problem with my handset i.e touch pad is not working properly. Then I went to Authorized micromax service centre in Pune. When micromax service centre person tried to register my complain they said IMEI # of my handset does not exists. I have Retail Invoice and handset Box which I received via Courier from below Address: Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd. I called Saholic Customer care they said that I need to talk to Micromax customer care. I register complain # 238667 & 241741 in Saholic. My Handset is still in under warranty.

I just want to repair my handset. If Spice Online Retail Pvt. Ltd. has provided me handset with wrong IMEI number then need to replace handset.
