i had bought the creative (d200)speaker,from discounts vu(onlineshoping)in september 2013 at that time there is a return offer of the product is offered to me if customer not satisfied by the product.as i not satisfied by the volume and sound quality of the speaker i returned it to the discounts vu and request them to change the product from any other product or to return my moneyback but after 3 months the manager of discountsvu replied me that they are unable to change the product because the speaker had fallen down and get technical falt.i have requested them many time from there manager but now after 9 months they are not even answering me .

i had gave INR6000 through my debit card to discountsvu,for creative d200 speakers..bit now discountsvu is not giving me speakeras well as they are not giving my money back..

now i want my money back which is INR6000…..
