I ordered a beats headphone by dr.dre from this website. On the website. was listed that it is a genuine copy of the original. So I webt ahead with th purchase because they had a hassle free return policy as well. However, when I received the product I was not happy at all with the product. So I requested a return through the website again. Howevet, they replied stating that yhey cannot accept the return.

I want the amount back and request them to take away their junk product
