Ordered product on 4th October on http://www.organicindiashop.com. Got mail from them mentioning order id 4193. After one week I called them at 0522-2701579 and they promised that product will be delivered within 2-3 days. But product not delivered till date even after 16 days. Now they are not picking up the call. Not able to send mail to their email address care@organicindia.com.

Strict action to be taken. These kind of online shopping sites should mention escalation matrix (phone no.s of managers) so that we can reach to higher authorities in their organization if we face any problem. I want the organisation to repay the cost of mental harassment whatever is applicable by law.
