I own a saving account in Oriental Bank Of Commerce, Alliance, Noida branch. My account no. is 52222191017602. An amount of Rs.8000 was drawn from my account on 30 Aug 2014 through ATM but my ATM was with me. I found from my transaction details that Rs 8000 was drawn from my account at 10:22PM from Agra(Yes Bank ATM) and I checked mini statement at 11:11PM at Noida Branch ATM. This is not possible for anyone to reach Noida in this small time interval. I have also given written application to the Branch manager along with attached mini statement slip which proves my presence in Noida with my ATM card. But they are refusing to refund my money. I also made online complaint for the same on Oriental Bank Of Commerce website. My complaint no is WS002921/2014-15 which shows closed status. I want my money back and the compensation for the problem I faced. My daily routine life was disturbed. I am mentally disturbed and running here and there, spending money and time to get my money back.
