Sir, I am kalpana sahu having housing loan account in OBC, Aragul, jatni, orissa branch. I have taken loan on floating rate of interest at 11.4% in the year Aug 2011. Now the interest rate is decreased to 10.5%. but this is not being considered to my account after bringing this to the knowledge of bank staff of OBC, jatni branch.
