I took oriental insurance policy on 13/6/2013 from jind office,policy no:261402/31/2014/714, after that i was gone with some of my friend for badrinath & kedarnath darshan on 14/06/2013.when i reached on gobindghat on 15/06/13.i park my bike outside guru dwara and gone for badrinath darshan.on 16/06/13 there was a big disaster happened in uttarakhnd.i lost my bike in this disaster and i’m stuck on badrinath temple. After six or seven days when i’m able to come down with the help of Indian army i found that one half of the gurdwara was completely washed in that disaster. after that when i apply for the claim of my policy that time insurance company took my complaint and did my survey they also took my photos and videos of that journey from me and my friends. After that insurance company person told me “we send your case to our head office and we don’t know how much time its takes for approval” now after three months of claim there is no response from insurance company when i asked him what happned with my claim they said they dont know about that might be it will take two or four year for approval. please help me for the same cont:09215220400
