Dear sir, Hereby I am K.Palaniappan. I had taken motor insurance in Oriental Insurance corporation ltd (policy no: 454301/31/2012/2394) for my lorry Reg. no TN30 R 4459 in Tiruchengode branch. The new lorry was taken and paying Oriental Insurance right from 2007. This lorry was met with fire accident on 17.05.2012 near Aravakurichi tollgate in Karur district while coming from dindugul to Rajasthan, loaded with cone bag. I have informed about this incident in Aravakurichi police station and Registered a case (case no 162/12). Then I had informed this matter to Oriental Insurance Company also and they too visited the spot. I have claimed total loss of Rs. 12, 00,000 for this lorry. Still they have not given me the loss amount for the past two years and they made very late. They are not giving me the proper reason for delay in getting the insured amount. They made me in stress and I have no other way for my life and family to live because they are not given me the loss amount for the paid premium amount. Please make an order to give me the insured amount as soon as possible. Kindly do this favor for me sir.

i want my total claim amount as soon as possible.
