My outgoing calls and messaging have been barred since 14th November 2010 without any prior notice or anything. Further when I try to call the customer care my call never goes through and i hear a recorded message saying “Your outgoing service has been temporarily barred due to insufficient legal documents.” I am surprised to see that if i had at all submitted with insufficient documents Airtel realizes that after almost 4 years?? Which clearly proves that i had submitted all the complete documents beforehand without which there would have been no activation of my number.
I would hereby like to inform Airtel that if my problem is not solved in less than next 24 hrs i would simply stop using Airtel services. Because there was no reason for such an inconvenience to occur in the first place.
How ever if the problem is solved i would like the Airtel Officials to inform me by calling and explaining the appropriate reason for such an inconvenience caused.
