Dear Sir,
I am using my Airtel prepaid connection no 9766063152 since last 3 years. From last 7 days my all outgoing calls have been barred and there is no response for my complaints which is pending since 31st December, 2009. While calling to Customer Care toll free number only computerised details are generated and there is no transfer of call to proper customer care executive. I have visited almost all the local gallaries but, all in vein.
Till date no action has been taken and I am still suffering. Is there any way out for the same. Is there any senior executive who can solve my problem.
