respected sir/mam,
i am using airtel network for 15 november my mobile number is 9950157707.
i was coming in airtel network by MNP (mobile number portability) service from tata docomo. my MNP was successful and i was using now airtel network but today my OUTGOING services are OFF while INCOMING services are ON. customer care is saying that it is not airtel number. i complain it in airtel office (from where i get airtel sim during MNP), then they said that they have already sent my documents to main office and they have receipt also and also entry in register then they called to their senior but senior saying they will try to active outgoing call but they cannot be sure.
please sir/mam help me , on my number incoming are ON but outgoing is OFF.
please help me and start my services in well manner.
