over charged

Sir…This is to inform you that I had more than Rs.250/ in my account a month ago. I had removed the sim from the handset and on 14th I inserted it back into handset and found that my balance is showing as 0.88 ps. I complained this to customer care on 16th at 2.10pm-Comp No.CBLDA21116185779 (Mr Manjunath) -after hearing the complaint, he told me problm sorted out, amt will be crdtd to my number within 24 hours, since it didnt happen again I called on 17th at3.30pm Comp No.CBLDA21117309652(Mr Shekar) Mr Shekar told me Manager will call me within 2 hours, i.e. to say atleast before 6 pm. But till now problem not sorted out.

What they said is some scheme(devotional) has been activated, hence it has been charged. But I have not activated
anything like that. I use mobile only for talking and may be occassionally for msgng. This problem had happend when I did my recent recharge, suddenly I found my balance dripping from around Rs.300 to minimum. When complained amount was credited back to my number.
This has been happening to my father who is having prepaid connection, who knows only to dial and receive calls. But we suddenly find that some unreqd items activated and his balance reduces. We assumed that because of his old age he must have been pressing wrong buttons.
But now I realised, when it happend to me that mistakes are not from our side. Its happening from your own offices.
Pl do take necessary action and resolve the problem at the earliest possible.
Its not question of amount involved…I do not know how many people are being cheated by your offices/officers and finally …you might arrive at a bigger figure.
