as per the plan for cable TV taken am supposed to pay Rs 680 that includes service tax . The cable service provider through Radhika Cables Paschim Vihar demands Rs 750 and is refusing to give me bills against the payment.

The cable services has been disconnected since past 20 hours because i denied payment as it was over charging and no bills were given

I want compensation in form of fee waiver for next 3 months
