On 27/10/13 . I requested idea for gprs setting I received my gprs setting i use gprs for face book on mobile. next day i i.e on 28/10/13 my outgoing calling is barred i contacted customer care they said you have crossed your credit limit your unbilled amount is 3800 Rs how can it be possible one day net usage cost me Rs 3800 . after contacting five times they didn’t gave me satisfactory reply and barred my out going call is this the way to treat with old customers pls help me and do me needful, my idea mp number is 8889187888.
