The said mobile had developed a problem of not functioning to the touch feature. The mobile was taken to FRASLIN TECH CARE PVT LTD (Authorized Samsung Mobile servicing centre, Vasai) & the problem was diagonised as the failure of the Touch Screen, which needed to be replaced. The charges for which would be Rs. 950/-
This was duly committed & the mobile handed over for repairs with a due receipt received.
The mobile was delivered as Repaired, charges paid in full & in two hrs the Touch Screen stopped functioning.
The mobile was again taken to the store with the complaint, a diagnosis of LOCKED KEY was made & again Rs. 450/- was charged.
If the “Authorized Service Centre” was so adept at diagonising & “Helping in nature” why the faulty diagnosis & the overcharge.
It is requested that the said matter may please be attended & the overcharge refunded.
