I have booked a 5 days/4 nights tour package to Kerala for the month of August 2014 on 23 June 2014 and then postponed the same to December 2014 and paid advance of Rs.10,000 on 25.06.2014 towards the total package of Rs.58,500.Thereafter I had to cancel the package because of change in my leave and informed them to refund the advance paid, by e mail dated 13.09.2014. As per their Policy, the advance is refundable in 100% if cancelled before 7 days of the scheduled dates.I have sent several mails and made calls to them for refund of my money and they are not responding properly and giving vague answer saying will give refund.But not giving any time within which hey can give the refund. They are even not replying my emails.Even after about 3 months I have not received any refund.I have lost faith on them and seek your help to resolve this issue.

I have paid advance trusting their words that they will refund if we cancel the tour, but now they are not responding.I feel I will lose Rs.10,000 and interest thereon for almost 6 months.
