I shifted from kolkata to secunderabad last month. I booked my household goods from kolkata on June 9, 2009 through Central cargo packers and movers. Today is July 3, 2009 and i have still not received my goods and the company representative in kolkata are not receiving my phone calls and the representatives here in hyderabad are putting the blame on the kolkata office and denying any responsibility. i am worried about my household goods as they contain fragile and expensive things like computers and electronic piano. The company representatives are saying one new excuse everytime i somehow get them on the phone. It is almost one month and i am unsure of the whereabouts of my goods and the condition in which they are. the company charged me 3% of the declared value as insurance but did not provide me with any documentation for the insurance.
