My parents want to move from Hyderabad to Tekkali (Srikakulam dist, ap), on a one bad day i called just dail (my no 9347033xxx) as usual for packing and shipping information, within a seconds i got sms’s and call from 0984980xxx bluffing about their company features, this call changed my thinking about just Dail Company, I asked her for some time to check with my parents, from that day i received again and again calls from another number 984971xx this bluff master name is kumar. he given a quotation for Rs.14000/-.(paid 18000 including taxes, that company never told us) Showed photos and everything in a tab about packing given reference of big company names. We are agreed, and their team to come and pack the article, they came at around 8.00am on a Sunday 16/11/2014 without any information. They packed some of the items and rest thrown on small auto like vehicles, half of the articles are not moved. We given advance of 10,000/- to vehicle drivers and they promised to send the vehicle on the same day due to that, my father went on that day assuming that this people will send the consignment on the same day. I called this Kumar/Lady for the status, they asked me to come urgently to office and pay the remaining amount, threatened that until and unless pay total amount, will not send the consignment, i went and padi the total amount. This stupid kumar assured to me will send the consignment on the same day, one his assurance my father booked return ticked for Tuesday ac 2 tier costing around 3000/-. We keep calling for the status, finally we got a shocking news that, this bluffing company does not have own transport. They given to some third party. Finally vehicle reached destination on Friday. To our shock so many items missing in that, we called bluff master for the same, my father and myself went their no board office for more then 5 times, they are simply saying that we are not received acknowledgments from truck driver. 2 days back my parents went to new house, they are already in a frustration, to their surprise fridge, tv, alemra having so many dents. We lost money, and happiness. In-spite of it the company executive does not have minimum responsibility to call to confirm the status of the missing items and fridge, TV. We do not know still how many items are missing as dcm unloading done on 5 places before ours. We called n number of items of that rascal kumar, he never picked call.
