Hi Team, I had transported my goods from bhubaneswar to hyderabad. However while transportation, few items were missing and furniture was damaged. An Insurance cover was done for Intransit by Agarwal packers. I asked them to refund an amount of Rs 10000 as damages for above. However, they promised me to refund only 8000 Rs Now they are not giving any refund, nor replying to any mail. Regards, Anand
