Dear Sir/Madam, I have shifted my luggage from mumbai to gwalior by movers n packers,primarily they have committed the delivery between 3 to five days but they have delivered my luggage after 12 days in vet rough condition and after so many follow up they treated me anything and abused so many times on phone , when i called and asked for status of my luggage. Finally after 15 days i received my luggage in damaged condition with some of item were sort, now for those items i had a word with Mr Ravindra and Mandeep , they suggested to drop a mail of missing item and i did it twice. Now after long time i have not received and reply from their end. Kindly look at the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have insured my luggage , please make sure i get my luggage back or claim amount as soon as possible
