I recently moved my household goods & bike from Pune to Bangalore on 29/03/2014. All payment done from my side. However,I didn’t received all goods sent from Pune. Also, the goods that I received were not in same state as they were in Pune. Most of my furniture is in bizarre condition as either they are broken or scratched completely. All things were covered in insurance but they are not helping me to claim it. They have stop picking my calls.

Below furniture items are broken and their conditions are such that they can’t be used. 1. Wardrobe : Completely broken. Rs 18000 2. TV stand : Whole back wood broken. Rs 7000 3. Dinning Table: wooden top broken and scratch Rs 16000 4. Dinning chair: broken. 4000 5. Center Table: All scratched and broken. Would collapse anytime. Rs 9000 6. Bike headlight mask: broken Rs. 1200 7. Bike side mirror: not present Rs 600 8. Bike side stand: broken Rs 750
