I had booked my household goods through this company. I received my goods 7 days after the date of commitment. However, my concern is, after unpacking my cartons I learnt that 3 of my expensive handbags are missing. The carton in which these were placed is torn from one edge and to cover up the tear it has been managed by many sellotapes. Now they are not at all entertaining my case.

I want my handbags back at any cost. If not, I want my compensation.
