i had shifted my household goods from Gurgaon to Mumbai on 6th Jan 2014, and made insurance of 75000 rs.first they commented to deliver on 12th jan but they didnt. after many follow-ups they delivered goods on the 15th Jan, but in the same my lcd tv(32″) (box no 22) was being missed. and till now i am not getting any particular response and they are just passing the days, saying nonsense answers and nonsense promises. i am requesting you to help me out from this matter and also please please please do something so that they will never ever do the same things with others.
