With regard to subject above and reference quoted, we would like to bring to your notice that, there is short receipt of our household items – the item missing are 1. Air Cooler – Approx. cost – Rs. 8000 2. Mixer Grinder packed in Box – 3 Glass bowls were also packed in this box along with Mixer Grinder – Approx. cost – Rs. 3000 3. One big Plastic bag containing Cutlery, Cosmetic, Pins & Buckles for Girl, Mobile phone – Sony Ericsson T250i – 2 pieces (IMEI number of one mobile – 35944301-328394-9, I don’t have IMEI number of another mobile) Approx. cost of all these items – Rs. 10000 4. 3 Plastic Bucket – Approx. cost – Rs. 500 Apart from the above, following items were not packed at all as per commitment before loading in Mohali and transported thus resulted in considerable damage to the properties 1) Cartoons for Cloths (Cloths were torn away as cartoon were not wrapped with bubble plastic) 2) Mattress 3) Cartoons for other items The Cartoon boxes packed was all smashed while loading and the utensils inside the boxes were damaged. Also as per contract I have paid for unloading also but the guy who came to deliver at my home in Ahmedabad mentioned that he don’t have anybody to do unloading. I had to call my neighbours and relatives to do unloading as I can’t even get any worker at 5 am in the morning. I received consignment on 27.03.2014 at 05:00 am.
Last 2 weeks back my Father contacted Mr. Ravi and made him humble request to resolve our problem soon and at that time he mentioned that Item no. 1- Air Cooler is at their Chandigarh, Godown and Item no 2. Mixer Grinder box with other stuff packed in that is missing. He promises to send Air Cooler soon and pay the charges for Item no. 2 as its misplaced. We have provided him Account details over SMS and he has confirmed of receiving that but so far he has not sent Air cooler or not transferred money for missing Item No. 2. My Father also requested him to talk to their guy in Mumbai to which he said yes but so far I have not received anything from Mumbai yet. Now none of the guys are picking up phone and every time and when we calls from other numbers and in case they picks it up we get weird reasons like, we are busy, we will send it soon, there is no truck going to Ahmedabad for now and sometime they just disconnect the phone after getting to know that we are calling to get our stuff back. So far I have already around Rs. 500+ just on the call and SMS charges towards them. The above first-hand information is as per terms of the Quote and we request your good self to take this note as an official complaint letter, and arrange to compensate with the damages as below Missing Items cost Rs. 21500-00 Damaged Items cost (Washing Machine, Cloth, Mattress and Glass Utensils) Rs. 12000-00 Delay in getting my stuff and due to that I had to buy new items Rs. 10000-00 Return of packing charges as you have not packed it with bubble wrap plastic as per deal Rs. 3000-00 Stress and tension faced by me and my family members in following up with you Rs. 50000-00 Charges towards communication and logging complaint Rs. 10000-00 Total Rs.1,06,500-00
