Booked household items on 15/11/13 & promise to deliver within 15 to 20 days.Regarding payment they asked to pay 30% after receiving. December first week they asked for full payment saying items reached at destination.Full payment made online & till date items are not delivered.

Items to be delivered in good condition & compensation for harassment as I am paying rent for Household items.
