Panasonic AC – Disappointed service many complaints not resolved issue

We have purchased Panasonic AC a year ago, its been more than 10-15 times we have logged the complaint (Call ID. R300415185232/ R300415185232) with CC and service center technician had visited more than 20-25 times but still no resolution. We have brought the product of Panasonic Brand Name for better experience but disappointed. Every month AC stops working/ started disobedience, its just like regular practice for us to logging complaint with CC. After many follow-ups Panasonic CC Person Mr. Piyush Shah & Rahul provided Service Center Details of Mr. Shukla – 9321250103 & Manish and they have committed the issue will get resolved permanently but no resolution provided till date. We have also asked them to provide extended warranty for atleast 3 months, but now they are speaking arrogantly.

Since within one year its been almost 5-6 months AC didn’t worked properly, we have asked Panasonic Team to get the issue resolved permanently & provide at least 3 months extended warranty.
