Panasonic AC – Outdoor Unit Performance Review

I had bought a brand new ac on 20th of June On 21st evening it was installed During installation twice it’s outdoor unit didn’t start. The installation team felt that stablizer is of less power so we immediately bought a stablizer with higher power and Ac started working next evening again it’s outdoor unit didn’t start up late at night it’s unit after being kept off for an hour started working (22 night) . We tried increasing speed of the fan unit got switched off We restarted it again started working Next morning outdoor unit again failed to start We called installation guy on his personal phone. He said sir you need more heavy duty stablizer We again bought a new one 5 kv full copper heavy duty capable of giving 100 volt plus of boost Ac started working but sometimes in a day the unit had same issue when we increased decreased fan speed Unit used to shut off This ac was installed at the farmhouse as in the season of sowing we have to go and live there for a few days. Since 23 24 ac used to sometimes shutoff itself on any press of button other than power or sometimes outdoor unit didn’t start. From 27 to 3 I was back to chandigarh. I went back on 3rd and since then ac outdoor unit starts up once a day and second time fails to start. And since 5th it’s outdoor unit completely shut off. From 5th my iam living in a hotel nearby as work can’t be left undone. Complaint lodged with panasonic. Their executive came and said that pcb is faulty and we will replace it within next 3 days. What’s the use of buying a new ac if it will start giving hiccups very first day. Why we have to wait when brand new piece is at fault. Why we get system repaired and rather wait for the repair to be done. The visit came after two days and pcb was changed but ac still fails to start off. Now they blaming the electricity. We called the stablizer guy and he checked his stablizer and assures there is no fault in power supply and stablizer. we get call from helpline and tell then that ac still not working and even tell that your people blame the power suplly. i ask the company to make it working by putting the stablizer they feel is right and i ll pay for thatif they feel stablizer is at fault but we sure whole unit is faulty dont know why they dont get it immediately replaced with a new one and dont know why they kept me waiting for pcb even if you knew that it’s at fault and can’t be repaired on the spot. Who will pay for the hotel expenses which are being incurred just due to the fact that we replied on Panasonic and bought its product. i had been asking them that if they cant get it done I ll get some other ac Installed and they can carry your ac back and refund me along with the hotel expenses which have been incurred just due to the reason that we trusted their brand and made a purchase and frankly speaking don’t want to continue any relationship with Panasonic as if your brand new pieces are faulty then don’t kn
