I bought P51, Panasonic android phone for 14000/- and on the very 7 day, screen got blank, I took that phone to Croma, they said phone can not be replaced as they have replacement policy limited to 7 days. and to cover up they have shown a small scratch near sim insertion which was also done by Croma staff while SIM insertion and moreover it has nothing to do with blank screen. They refused to replace the phone having manufacturing defect. They sent to a very lousy small shop somewhere in Sukhrali village, Gurgaon for repairs, who opened a manual job card no, KJASPHR112114K2328, had i knew about such a pathetic repair centre, I would not have bought the Panasonic phone. Its a shame that TATA managed store Croma is bringing disgrace to its brand by selling such customer unfriendly brands and then disown their customers.
