Panasonic defective indoor unit Air Conditioner(AC) – A Review

We bought Panasonic AC from the CSD canteen in July end. it was fixed a week later after the machine delivered. This machine worked for three weeks and later no cooling from the AC. When I raised a complaint on September 13th and the Service request No: PI-ASC-1309-076963 the service staff came and took the indoor unit for service 22nd September. On repeated remainder they came with the second hand indoor unit for fixing it on 2nd October which we are not happy. Once again the service people came on 14th October with the other used old unit and fixed. Still this is also not working. Please help us to give a good service and advisable to fix a new indoor unit. We lost hope on the Panasonic company and got very bad impression now. Please help on this regard.
