Panasonic Home Theater – one was updating about the progress of the set from service centre side

I have purchased a Home theater of Panasonic in 2011 Nov-Dec from CROMA outlet Ghaziabad, The warrantee is over in 2012, and the set got out of order in June 2013, I have visited the Panasonic Service centre sector 27 in Noida, and submitted the set for repair (Jobsheet is attached herewith). They said the PCB need to be change and will take around 4-7 working days. But after my regular follow-up of 3 months (as no one was updating about the progress of the set from Panasonic service centre side) they finally said that this model is discontinued by Panasonic so cannot be repaired. I told them that I have invested INR 12600.00(Approx) and even if company discounted the model they should supply the spare parts at least for few years, how a company can stop spare parts for the model 2 years+ old. After given a time of 2 months plus on my call they are responding this can’t be repaired because of non supply of PCB by company. Kindly help me out, either Panasonic should change the model or repair the product. Also they should learn how to respond to customer as they are not at all responding to customer about the status of product, also if I am calling several times than only they take the pain of calling back and saying sir it will be repaired in 4-5 days. And finally after Two & Half months no result, but mental tension of loosing my hard earns money of 12600 plus.

Kindly help me out, either Panasonic should exchange the model or made the spare available for repair the product or refund my money with interest so that I can purchase the new. (Jobsheet is attached hereith & I also has audio conversatation recorded stating as due to non supply of spare part/PCB from Panasonic this can not be repair)
