I have filed a complaint regarding my tv with panasonic customer care on 10.11.2013. the complaint ID is 063640. The same has not yet been rectified. The customer keeps requesting me to give a few days. On four occasions they have called me telling that the set will be replaced,then they will mention that it will be repaired. On three occasions they told me that my TV set will be collected for repair but they will not turn up for the same.
Replacement of my TV as it is under warranty/ or refund of my money that i spent on buying this TV Due compensation for the time I have lost on following up my complaints. Due compensation for harassment suffered at the hands of Panasonic customer care. Due compensation for not being able to use my TV for more than 2 months.
