bought a plasma tv Panasonic THP42UT50D on 04-Nov-2012. Within a few months, it started giving random problems like auto poweroff, vertical stripes on display etc. I complained about this 10-15 times and the service center guy came twice and said that I do not see any problem. I also recorded the problem and showed it to him but he denies about that too. Also he said that he will pick up the tv and take it to the service center the next day but nobody ever contacted the next day. Now the tv is sitting there idle showing 6 blinks of death whenever I try turn it on. Anybody from this company does not bother about the problems of the customers. Now I want a replacement or a full refund.
