Panasonic – poor service of staff

Hi I purchased a Panasonic NR-B255 refrigerator in November 2012. I registered a complaint number 000007 with customer care on monday 01.04.2013. The service engineer came and said that gas had leaked and promised to send a colleague with parts. It took 11 days of complaining before anyone came. In first week of june again the gas went and again we chased them and got it refilled. Finally after another 2 months gas again went on August 8th. We have been chasing them ever since with no results.

Loss from food getting spoiled 3 times in a row. Huge inconvenience as we are not able to cook at all without vegetables and a place to store food. We had to live at relatives place until fridge was replaced.

Repayment of fridge purchase price of 19000 plus damages for goods lost and inconvenience caused so many times.
