I brought Panasonic T11(black) IMEI No 357009050075654 mobile form online shopping site Snapdeal on 26-09-2013. From the day one I am facing some technical problem with my mobile. On 19/10/2013 it suddenly became dead and I given that to service in Panasonic service center (Deprosys Technologies, Chennai)(On Warranty) they take more than 15 day to repair and return me back after 15 days. But after service also most of the problem are not resloved and it also got hanged frequently then again that to service on 20-11-2013 and asked for replacement.But still they are return my mobile or new one(it more than 15 days) I send emails to there customer serivce but they are not responding properly.

They only having my mobile more number of days then me. Due to that i missed many calls both official and personal. It cost me economic and personal status loss

1. Replacement with good phone. 2. compensation of one lakh(Rs 100000)
