Panasonic TV – No replacement LCD Received

In Jan this year i purchased a Panasonic LCD TV from a Panasonic dealer. In May 2013 the TV screen started flickering and the problem was reported to the dealer “Satyam Electronis”. The dealer was kind enough to place a complaint with Panasonic call center and gave me another TV to the time being. 1st complaint was logged on 9th May – No: PI-ASC-1305-042592 2nd Complaint was logged on 4th July – No: PI-ASC-1307-018904 3rd Complaint was logged on 12th July – No: PI-CS-1307-019459 After mails to the call center, innumerable calls on their helpline, speaking to a dozen sr. customer executive, the dealer following up on my behalf, i have been assured that my replacement has been approve, but have not received it as yet. Today i get a mail from panasonic stating that my complaint has been resolved when it is not!!!

I have had to call up their call centers, mail them from my office (i do not have internet at home) and it has been a mental harassment from Panasonic India. Apart from this i have had to wait at home on a number of occasion for the panasonic guy to come home as he would come from another city.

I wish my LCD be replaced as approved and a suitable and monitory compensation of rs 5000 for the mental harassment, approx 3 months of waiting, no response from panasonic sr. executive after being promised a call back on more then 3 occasions and for loss of time
