I am Ravi Patil I had purchased handicam camera hcv110 ago 1 month 5th dec 2013 rs 15000 from pune. After taken this camera only worked 5 days after problem created recording and video playing time camera was hanging . Camera was sent 20 days ago for repair but no reply from customer end. Customer Service address vishwam services connaught place near wariya college.

Kindly look into the issue and get back to me else I will file a complaint in the consumer court of law.
