I purchased Panasonic Mobile T11 Model on 19.10.2013. Within a week I faced serious Problems of Overheating, Mobile Malfunctioning, Speaker Problem, Network problem, Battery backup problem etc. I contacted several times to Panasonic Repairing centre but did not get proper response. At the end I give it for replacement to service centre, the copy attached herewith. They did not respond till 1 month, now I do not want such Manufacturing defected piece and I want refund but they are adamant to refund the amount, you can see their reply in attached copy.
I want total refund of invoice(9000/-) + 6000/-. Total 15000/-
