I had registered a complaint with CORE vide 53490/2/2013. The website is showing as resolved without any action whatsoever. The company has not approached me nor has the matter been resolved. How come the matter is resolved.

Overcharged for Rs. 30/- as MRP says Rs.150/- but biscuits worth only Rs.120 were packed inside.

Rs.2000/- as I have spent lot of time in follow-up with the company.
