I went to Parth Hospital at 12 noon as my child “Kabir” has fever of 100 F.I have been asked to wait at reception area.Meanwhile my child has started vomiting.I requested available staff to take immediate action but they denied and ask me to wait as there are couple of patient as well as few Medical representative waiting for their turn. After couple of minutes i requested again to attend my child as fever was increasing.They didn’t listened and told me that Docor has asked me to wait till my turn.Mean while they have attended those pregant womens as well as all Marketing Representative of Pharma companies.After 1 hr and 15 minutes when my turn came at that time fever crossed 104 F.During this 1 hr and 15 minutes they have not attended my children and didn’t gave any medicine.During medical check up of my child, i narrated the situation to Dr. Shilpa and Dr. Sachin (Husband-Wife practicing together, instead of sympathizing me ,they asked me to pay emergency charges in consulting hours.Even both doctors and their staff has humiliated me for emergency charges.To aad to the fact at that time this is the only child patient present for treatment!!!

Both doctor should apologize in writing and they should not repeat such behavior in future to anybody. Just think if any poor people visit their hospital what kind of treatment and humiliation they provide.They should not forget that their prime responsibility towards society is to provide services on immediate basis
