Hi I am markkandan, My pnr is BSPT1108009. I booked ticket in Parveen travels website I travelled from Chennai to Virudhunagar in Parveen Travels snooze AC sleeper bus on 20.10.2014 Bus Number is PY01 BM1999 Due to rain in outside I couldn”t sleep inside bus because water was pouring inside my bed. I called the bus attendant they put a mattress in the bed to safeguard bed and to suck water and closed vent with screen cloth but still water was pouring in both corners … they told that problem was always happening and can not be rectified and they asked me to sit in corner. So I travelled whole night by sitting in corner. I couldn’t sleep Since there is no reply from their side for my previous mail, second time I am complaining to you.
