I am Robert King from Visakhapatnam writing to you in regards to a concern that I have with unhygienic food in a restaurant in my city. On sunday the 13th of October 2013 I have been to a restaurant cum coffee shop in Visakhapatnam running in the name of Pastry, Coffee and Confectioneries abbreviated as PCC in Dutt Island, Siripuram Junction. I have ordered a Pasta to eat along with my friends. It was around 4:00pm when the pasta was delivered to me. I have had a couple of spoons and then saw a cockroach in the food. I was totally furious and asked the manager for the Owners number. The Managers name is Vijay. On insisting for the Owners number he gave me the owners sons number. I eventually took the owners number from his son and called him. On calling the Owner this time directly I put forward my concern to him, however, the owner was least bothered and started explaining me about the pest control precautions that they take. I told him that i have pictures of the cockroach in my pasta and that i would take an action against him. Instead of apologizing he asked me if I have an enmity with him. This was not something that a customer would like to hear where a cockroach is found in the food. I am enclosing the pictures with this email and would like you to take severe action against this. I am currently suffering from food poisoning since then and slowly recovering so I could write to you all these days.

I need compensation for all mine and my friends medical expenses including the hostipal charges and etc.
