TO WHOMEVER CONCERNED 21/03/2014 1.15 am I had ordered for a MOTO G and a Back Cover bearing order no. OD40319048149. I called up as to enquire if i can cancel one of the product from it. Mr. Bharath, your executive confirmed that it is possible to cancel one of the products and he did cancel it. After the call I receive a mail that bKoth my products are cancelled. I call up again, the executive after probing puts me on hold as to talk to Mr. Bharath about the problem. He just gives me a prescripted Sorry.

Then on my request he connects me to the Floor Supervisor. The Floor Supervisor narrated the story and says Mr. Bharath is from a different location and cannot be connected to. On my probing he confesses and tries to cover his lie by telling there are different floors and Mr.Bharath is from a different floor. The call concluded with a call back promise at 10 am, 21/3/14. What I faced : 1) Delay in my phone. 2) Pathetic service 3) Employees who fool around customers. 4) Zero Accountability 5) As no other platform has this phone. I have to go though the dishonest and pain because of their service. “Please do not handle it, if you are not eligible to hold it”. Please open Moto G to all the platforms.
