My bsnl broadband connection gets disconnected very fequently on its own. Besides i had purchased the bsnl modem but its installation cd is not working now so i am helpless to install it on my laptop.

Also to complain all these issues… the broadband customer care people never picks up their phone. Please provide me address or local number for the customer care bareilly or else i don’t want this sucking connection.
