I used paytm cash back promo ocode but Cash back amount for the order nos 560888213 dated 31 Jul’14 & 185100094 dated 6 Jan’14 has not been credited in my account yet. I have contacted their customer care but no positive response i received. Though i received mail dated 04 sep’14 from customer care that within 48 hrs i will get my cash back amount but still there is no credit in my account. And after that there is no response at all. please look in to the matter.

Paytm is making fool of their customer offering cash back schemes. But in actual no cash back is credited back in to consumers account. Thus They are creating mental tension to customers & causing customers to waste their money and time in contacting them.
