I’had recharge the mobile no 9098971xxx with amount 76 on 09-Sept-2014 through www.PAYtm.com website which provide online recharge facility. The benefit I got from this rechare was PROMO BALANCE of Rs60 which was wrong because what I was expected is:- The recharge benefit listed in the website is 76MB data + Rs66 TALKTIME (Local+National).This benefit is also listed in Reliance online recharge website i.e www.rcom.co.in. So instead of giving the benifet they’ve listed in their recharge options they gave something else. * I am unable to attache zipped file or more than one file.

1. I’ve lost Rs76 in recharging the mobile. Lot of stress I got, and valuable time I spent to seek the solution from the fraud companies, however these are not come under economic or physical damage.
