I had purchased 4 MI Brand power bank for mobile phone. The product delivered was damaged during shipping and was not working. I had sent all the 4 products back. The promise of money refund has not happened. I am following up with them from past 2 months and they are not co-operating and neither refund my money.

I have lost my money, my time.

I want my full money along with the compensation of 10000 Rs.
