I ordered Paytm an iPad mini 64 GB with retina display ( space grey ) with order number 956360635 on 9 th may and it was to be delivered by 16 may . I wrote to the customer care several times regarding the status of my product .Every time I was told it will be shipped in a day or two but was Neva shipped. Now today after 11 days of all the drama , mental harassment and tens of mails later I receive a message from them that the product can’t be shipped !!! They blocked my money for so long due to which I could not buy the product from elsewhere beside lying and mentally harassing me for all this while .

They blocked my money for so many days without any reason when they were never going to ship the the product . 28900 is not a small amount . I had to gift it to my mother as a gift for which I sacrificed my spending for a month and invested the money in this gift .But as it turns out it was in vain . I suffered throughout and even the reason for which I did was not fulfilled !! A and all this while I was mentally harassed as I kept writing to them and received not a single genuine reply . They even blocked my money else I Would have served my purpose by buying it from somewhere else
