This is regarding the order number # 975264488 placed on Paytm dated 19’May’2015 by my registered email i.e. ‘mayank.bcet@gmail.com’ , I ordered ‘Hawkins cooker – 3 liters’ and they have delivered me 2 liters capacity Hawkins cooker. Issue: Delivery of Wrong Product and that too after rigorous follow-up with Paytm for product delivery. Concern: 1) Paytm refused to replace the item which they have delivered wrong 2) giving mental harassment by not giving satisfactory solution and delaying the matter. 3) Patym states that ‘they do not have replacement policy’ but that implies if they have delivered correct product, and not the wrong part which falls under improper Paytm (management) quality check. 4) Why should customer bear the mistakes made by the seller/paytm 5) Who will incur the amount of time and effort invested by the customer and subsequently the mental harassment they are giving
There is no replacement for the effort and the time invested by the customer for the mistakes made by the seller/patym but still i expect the following thing fom Paytm: 1) replacement of the product with the right one for which i have made payment 2) compensation against the time and effort invested by the customer 3) assurance that system will be improved so that it will not happen in future with me or with other customers.
