after Failed transaction of my postpaid data card (transaction number 215291854,214984045), not return money to my bank account, even after raising complain again and again, no response, they says you can use that money from our paytm cash for any other recharge, they mention before adding money to there paytm cash that they have provision of transferring back that money to the concern bank account , also they mention the procedure, but in actual no link is there to transfer back money to the account
i want my money back to my account as soon as possible
