I have ordered a Hard Disk (Toshiba 1 Tb) from Paytm site on 13 Dec ’14 vi order No. 689116631. First thing their service is poor with no proper updates about the delivery date or time. Than suddenly they show the status that my hard disk has been delivered to me on their site, not b through any call or by mail. And when i contacted them they said that we will show you the proof of delivery within 48 hours and even after 5 days they show me no proof. Now they will try to present fake proof. Even i have received no call or message intimation on the day of delivery. I have ordered the hard disk to my office and still there is no record on the reception regarding the visit of any of their concerned person.

Economic loss of Rs. 4399 paid online at the time of order. Item i have not received, they are showing it to be delivered. Some kind of cheap stealing and fake proofs they might present in future so to avoid consequences i am lodging this complaint.
